.62 Caliber Roundball English Stalking Rifle
My .62 cal roundball English stalking rifle is being stocked from scratch, the barrel channel and horn fore-end tip was completely hand inlet. I'm building this rifle for myself after being inspired by an original.

This .50 cal E.M. Riley percussion rifle is owned by a customer and was the inspiration for my .62. This gun was rebarreled by W.E. Rayle and is undergoing a complete refurbishment.

20 Bore Single Shot Conversion
This began life as a 12 bore English single shot side-lever shotgun originally manufactured by J. Blanch. I have converted it to a fully rifled 20 bore stalking rifle by utilizing a Hastings barrel blank which I've turned on my lathe to create a liner. I retained the original Damascus barrel after cutting it back to 26". The hardware is by New England Custom Gun.
I built this gun specifically for hunting whitetails in a shotgun only area of western NY where I grew up. It has been regulated for Light Field brand slugs. This hard hitting little shotgun weighs a mere 6.5 lbs.

Custom Rolling Block Action
This is a customer project. I have removed .012" of material from both sides on my mill to reduce pitting and hand polished the entire action to a 240-grit working finish. The front of the action was trued between centers on a lathe for increased accuracy. I have custom contoured the military hammer and begun to reshape the trigger guard. This rifle will have a octagonal barrel with a wiping rod mounted underneath. A custom trigger will be built from bar stock.
